All form fields are required, if completed with false or erroneous information, it will be required to submit a new RMA form.
It is needed to fill a RMA form for each product.
In the case of service contracts valid will apply the conditions set out in that contract (the reference to the contract must be indicated in the RMA form in faults description field).
The RMA number supplied must be specified on the delivery note and reported clearly visible on the packaging of the shipment.
The product must be shipped in its original packaging if possible. GMA is not liable for damage caused during transport.
Shipments without an RMA number will be rejected automatically to sender.
The product will be returned in the packaging in which it was received.
The shipping costs are responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in the Contract.
The product to be repaired / check must be received by GMA within 15 days from the date of issue of the RMA number. After that date the RMA number will not be considered valid and must be re- requested.
In case of not finding the fault will be charged only the costs of the tests and testing.
